Performance Enhancements
Use these points to refine your character’s skillset and survive tougher challenges. You can distribute the points across several key categories:
Stamina: Increase your maximum endurance. Run, climb and jump higher without losing your breath.
Strength: Boost your physical power and impact. Deal more damage with melee attacks.
Damage Resistance: Toughen your character against incoming strikes.
Vehicle Handling: Improve control and responsiveness behind the wheel.
Underwater Breathing: Extend the time you can spend submerged underwater without an oxygen tank.

Fulfillment: Automatic delivery. Points are added to your character in-game after purchase. You must be in the server to receive your points.
Application: To apply your points, use command /fitness and select a skill to upgrade with your points

By purchasing this fitness points package, you certify that you understand and agree that this purchase is non-refundable. Additionally, you certify that you understand and agree that this purchase does not grant you ownership or use of fitness points in Vivid Stories RP in perpetuity. If you utilize fitness points in a manner that doesn't meet our roleplay standards or violates our Community Rules & Guidelines, the points and all upgraded skills will be taken away from you, and you will not be refunded.

Yes, you can stack prio, however you can only purchase one of each tier of prio each month. For example, you can not buy 2 First Class prios, but you can buy 1 First Class and 1 Private Jet.
Prio & Whitelist
Prio and all whitelist packages are redeemed to your account automatically. Please be sure you are signed in to Discord at the time of purchase to avoid issues.
Season Passes
Season passes are redeemed to your account automatically and additionally can be claimed in-game. Simply open the pause menu once you are in the server and enter in your Tebex purchase's tbx-id.
Other Resident Upgrades
You will receive an exclusive role in our Discord for all other purchases to unlock purchased rewards. If for any reason you are having trouble or do not receive your purchase, please open a ticket in our Discord for support.
Havana Nights has 4 seasons a year. Each season is 90 days. Your season pass subscription renews monthly, and is valid for the season in which it was purchased through the end date of that season - regardless of when you made the purchase. You can view the current season's remaining time by opening the pause menu in Havana.
Season Pass content changes each season and is updated regularly. To view current Season Pass rewards, access your pass via the pause menu in Havana.
If you feel that you've been wrongfully banned from Havana Nights or simply want a chance to make things right, you can submit a written ban appeal to our support team. Please send an email to support@havananightsrp.com and include the following:
- The reason for your ban,
- Whether or not you agree with the ban,
- Why you agree or disagree with the ban, and
- If you agree with the ban, a statement taking accountability for the action(s) leading up to the ban that includes an improvement plan for the future
Once your ban appeal has been submitted, please allow up to 10 days for our team to review your appeal and provide a resolution.
If you were banned from Havana Nights, but the ban was not for an extra egregious action (defined below), you can purchase an Instant Unban to bypass our ban appeal process. This purchase allows your offense to be forgiven without needing to make a formal request. You can also use an Instant Unban to bypass a temporary ban's wait time. Such as being unbanned immediately instead of having to wait 1 week.
Purchasing an instant unban automatically lifts your ban from the Havana Nights Discord server. Lifting your FiveM ban must still be done manually by a member of our support team. Regardless of the unban method you choose, all players are required to undergo a rule review with our team before your access to the Havana Nights FiveM server is restored.
Extra Egregious Actions
Bans for actions considered extra egregious are defined below:
- Usage of slurs that target any protected group (such as racial slurs, homophobic slurs, religious slurs, ageist slurs, disablist slurs, etc.),
- Cheating/modding/hacking in a way that modified our FiveM server assets, functionality or affected player experience and
- Roleplay of sam (sexual assault material) or in any way depicting it in-game (such as through media players, combining animations, etc.)
Purchasing an Instant Unban will not grant you instant forgiveness of extra egregious actions. Do not purchase an Instant Unban for extra-egregious actions, as you will not be unbanned. Anyone who purchases an Instant Unban to circumvent a ban for an extra egregious action will be refunded for the purchase and banned from our Tebex.
